Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp almond meal
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup mixed berries
  • 1 tsp pumpkin seeds dried

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat saucepan on the stove. Add flaxseed, almond meal, desiccated coconut, vanilla powder, cinnamon, coconut milk, and almond milk to the saucepan. Warm saucepan to a medium heat, stir continuously until the mixture is hot and thickens to resemble oatmeal.
  • Pour the mixture into a bowl. Top mixture with the mixed berries and pumpkin seeds
