Easy Paleo Burgers with Caramelized Onions

This easy paleo ground beef recipe is for a simple and delicious beef burger that you can add any of your favorite toppings to. Use high quality ingredients to make this dish shine. Serve with some Paleo ketchup and mustard, or alongside tomato and spinach. Recipe from Paleo Grubs

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 cups spinach fresh
  • 1 Roma tomato sliced thin

Instructions
 

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add the onion to the pan, sprinkling with salt and pepper. Cook for 20 minutes until golden brown, stirring regularly.
  • Meanwhile, preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Let the ground beef sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking. Mix the beef, salt, pepper, and lemon juice together in a bowl and form into patties. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked to desired doneness. Serve with spinach and tomato.
