In February 2015, I was fortunate enough to participate in the first Low Carb High Fat (LCHF) convention in CapeTown, South Africa. I wrote about it in a previous post, and I’m happy to say that all the lectures from that historic convention are now available online.
This includes over 24 hours of lectures in high quality video. It also includes transcriptions of all the lecture and their slide if you prefer to read them instead of listening to them. There are also links to related material at the end of each lecture. Many of the world’s authorities on Low Carb diets are here. I’ve listened to all the talks, and they are terrific.
The talks span a variety of topics including obesity, type 2 diabetes, cancer, athletic performance, mental health, psychology, cholesterol, sugar, and childhood obesity.
I can honestly say that this is one of the most important and enlightening conferences that I have ever participated in. It was remarkable how many diseases are linked through poor nutrition and remarkable how empowering it is to have a treatment that can reverse many or all of these diseases.
So, you could do what I did. Spend 24 hours on a cramped plane going to Cape Town and 24 hours on a cramped plane home. Spend several thousand dollars for flight and hotel to listen to all these world-class speakers. It was soooo worth it.
Or, you could spend $69 US dollars to access all these lectures online from the comfort of your own home, anytime you like. Actually, it gets better than that. If you follow this link, the organizers have allowed me to offer access to the LCHF convention for only $49 – about the price of one restaurant dinner with wine. I receive none of these funds. They go towards supporting future conferences.
Please consider this seriously. Your life could literally depend on it.
