New Features to the IDM Program – Coming Soon!

The IDM team has been working hard the last few months getting organized to make sure you have the best information to get back on track after the holiday season.  We are happy to announce some big changes coming to our IDM Membership Community on December 27th.  These changes are intended to enhance your fasting and feasting experience.
What can you expect with the new program?

Customized Programs for Diabetes, Weight Loss, PCOS and Wellness

Since we initially launched the IDM Program in Jun3 2012, our focus has been on type 2 diabetes and obesity.  We weren’t sure back then the kind of powerful impact fasting would have on our bodies.  We have been amazed to learn about all the wonderful ways fasting has improved our patient’s overall health and wellbeing.  It’s time to start sharing what we’ve learned about diabetes, weight loss, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) and wellness.
Our new programs are designed to educate you with new information every week of the year!  You will receive a lesson in your inbox every Monday.  There will also be a quiz to help further your understanding of the materials and suggested actions to get you started putting your new knowledge into action!
If you don’t want to wait until the next week to receive your new lesson, no problem!  You can log into your IDM Membership Home Page and view next week’s lesson immediately!

Diabetes Course

The diabetes course is designed to educate you on all things fasting and nutrition related for diabetes over the course of 70 weeks.  This program isn’t just for type 2 diabetics.  It’s a great course for people with prediabetes and borderline diabetes as well.  There are also some specific lessons available for people with type 1 diabetes and latent onset type 1 diabetes as well.

Weight Loss Course

The new fasting for weight loss course is designed for anyone who is looking to lose that last 20 pounds or 420 pounds!  This 64 week long program will help provide you with fasting and feasting strategies to lose weight and maintain your weight loss successfully.

PCOS Course

This program is near and dear to my heart.  I’ve only ever wanted to do two things with my life: become a mom and help people.  I’m blessed because every day I get to help people become better, but I was told at a young age that only part of my dreams may come true.  I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 14 years old and told then that I would struggle to conceive.  Fasting and changing my diet has completely reversed my PCOS.
Even if conceiving isn’t a concern, the symptoms and weight gain associated with PCOS are dreadful.  In this 64 week long course, I’ll share with you my fasting strategies and eating habits to take control of my PCOS.

Wellness Course

One of the questions I’m asked the most is “can someone fast if they’re not sick?”  The answer is YES!  It’s certainly better to prevent disease in the first place.  This 64 week course is designed to help healthy individuals find the right fasting regimen and diet to help them stay healthy and prevent disease.
IDM Community Members are welcome to sign up for as many of these courses as they’d like.  You can do them all simultaneously, or you can do them one after the other.  Someone who is diabetic may want to focus on their diabetes before weight loss.  You may want to start off with the diabetes program, then move on to weight loss and wellness.  Once you’ve reversed your diabetes and have achieved a healthy body composition, then maybe you’d want to focus on staying well, maintain your healthy weight, and preventing disease in the long-term.

Mid-Week Updates

We started the IDM Membership Community in February of 2018 with the intent on providing you with a lot of information and resources on fasting and nutrition.  Over the last year we’ve received a lot of feedback saying that the information is great, but you aren’t sure where to start.
In addition to the Monday Lesson Emails, you’ll also receive an email every Wednesday as a Community Member.   This email will guide you through all the different types of the support and resources IDM has to offer our members.   We want you to get the most of your experience and become a part of our community.
