
One Pan Chicken Drumstick Meal
If chicken and veggies are a go-to dinner in your household, you are going to adore this uncomplicated one-pan version. Recipe from Paleo Leap
Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 4 sweet potatoes quartered
- 5 carrots sliced
- 1 onion cut into chunks
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- parsley fresh, minced
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the chicken, sweet potatoes, carrots and onion on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the ingredients with olive oil, paprika, onion powder, and garlic; season to taste.
- Toss everything to coat.
- Place in the oven and bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve with fresh parsley sprinkled on top.
