  • Coming April 5th!

    Starting the week of April 5th, Megan will be hosting one hour daily check-ins for the fasting challenges Monday through Friday via Zoom.  Coach Larry will also be hosting 30-minute daily check-ins for the movement challenges Monday through Friday via Zoom!

    We will also have a brand new support group schedule with a lot more groups for you to join.  So make sure to check back in April to see what’s changed!

  • Introducing Our Newest Health Consultant!

    Dear TFM Community, we have an exciting announcement today!  Our resident women’s health expert, Coach Nadia, who you all know and love, has officially moved into the role of Health Consultant.  Dr. Nadia will continue to see her fasting coaching clients, and will now see clients in health consulting sessions to: review lab results, scans, imaging etc. and provide targeted health advice.  To book a health consulting session with Dr. Nadiaclick here.
